Hi friends.

Greetings from Florida. I feel like I have been here a thousand years but it has actually only been four. Florida works that way sometimes.

Yesterday I did a 90-minute hot yoga class and at an hour I just thought, “I’m too old for this shit.” But then today I did a gentle beach yoga class and an older man collapsed in the sand mid-session and had to be helped off the beach by some kind people.

Old is relative.

But on the other hand, Florida really makes you think about your age.
