Yes, yes, delicious obsession! In my seventies (tomorrow I'll be 74), after having eleven volumes of poetry published and a nonfiction memoir, I'm writing my first novel--a middle grade novel--something I never thought I'd write. And, yes, I'm obsessed. I hope to be obsessed again and again, which I hope will keep me alive for a good long time. Thanks for all your wonderful posts.
When I read the headline of this week’s newsletter, I thought “Oh,no … things have gotten so bad in the U.S. that even Jamie is advocating for giving up!”
Every few years we would burn our pastures and from the ashes, a greener and healthier grass would grow. I’m sure this work will only be better for your act of arson.
