Just so happened to have a coffee shop writing date planned with a friend. So when I opened up today’s letter from Jami and Angela, I was overcome with the synchronicity of the day! Words poured out of my fingertips. I savored the moment, as I’m learning over the course of the past 12 days, not every day of writing feels this good. Thank you so much!

I often read these posts in the morning, let them percolate, then write after teaching at night, but Wednesday was odd, so I didn't read Angela Flournoy's words until I had completed my writing for the day. There turned out to be some slightly eerie synchronicity between what she suggests about being willing to share work (or even ideas about work) in progress and what I had just written. Hmmm...
