Hi friends. The sixth (!) year of #1000wordsofsummer starts June 17. Are you getting excited? I am feeling the energy and I am absolutely thrilled by this year’s list of contributing authors. I really think something magical is about to happen this year.

Hi Jami! So looking forward to 1000 words of summer! I’m having a bit of a problem joining the slack channel though-when I try the link it says my invitation has been revoked! Yikes! Any thoughts on how I can get in? Thanks!!
Thank you for keeping this up, Jami. Year six, here we go! So glad to be finishing a few short pieces I've been writing as a break from my last novel and to dive back in to the current one and, hopefully, get closer to that first magical draft. I love this community and your letters. See you all here soon!
