I preordered immediately from Books Are Magic, plus a very cool baseball style tee in red and white that says BOOKS ARE MAGIC, BROOKLYN NY. It generates endless comments here in Boston. As many have already said, I love this newsletter. And I love a good race to make something big happen. And because Leo looks so handsome in his blue-checked cozy bed with his copy of the book close to his heart, I just pre-ordered a second copy to give as a gift. Maybe I should send it to Amie since it's on her Christmas list! :) :) :) :)
I preordered when it first was announced just because I love this newsletter. But I also want to add as a response to your post today that my nonfiction writing craft book published in 2011 is still steadily finding readers and bringing me royalties. I think compared to my novels this book is definitely a slow burner and does not fade out over time. Imagine, 12 years later, or longer, your book will probably still be happily read and talked about. I think so!
