You can also check it out of your local library like Angela did! It might be just sitting there on the shelf.
I also want to recommend poking around the slack, where currently more than 8000 people are signed up. Some folks have already rolled up to introduce themselves and it is my absolute joy to read your stories. And I already see people looking to set up meetups or find accountability partners in Houston, Chicago, Boston, Los Angeles, New Orleans, San Francisco and more. I also appreciate the conversations from returning participants about what they’ve found to be workable goals in the past, particularly for those who have full-time jobs and bigger life commitments. Everyone’s got so many great ideas in their head. Here’s one of mine:
